I honestly can say, it wasn’t necessary a bad experience. It just wasn’t to my liking 100%. The rooms are old the bathrooms are out dated. The curtains smell. The restaurants that had to be reserved were “full” even though there was no one there. Activities are limited and the club and casino are fairly small. The staff was the best part. Extremely helpful and friendly.

I liked that it was a smaller property than we usually go to. The beach was clean, not rocky and the water was calm and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed volleyball on the beach. The entertainment staff was very friendly and inviting at the main pool, but it was nice to escape to the quiet pool when you wanted to chill. The ala carte restaurants were excellent, but the buffet would benefit from a better system to keep the food hot. The dining staff worked hard, but it seemed that they were a little short staffed. This may be because it is near the end of their busy season. All in all, we had a great time and will probably return to the Dominican Republic.
