Excellent communication from hostess. Perfect location from the pool, literally across the parking lot. Tiki bar was nice but expensive. There is a Walgreens and Publix grocery store right around the corner. Nice location to drive to other parts of the Keys. I would strongly recommend this location. The condo was perfect for our group! The owner (Kate) was friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Outdoor pool bar was fun and relaxing. Front desk staff was super nice. Host was helpful and nice. If you don’t mind looking at docked boats in the channel, from the front door, it’s a good place to stay. The view from the balcony is not so good. It’s only the parking lot and outside of pool area. We had a great stay at this clean and modern condo. The property manager was so helpful, even giving dinner suggestions (thanks…we loved barracuda’s!). The condo was as described and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We had a nice stay however there is an AC unit in the bedroom that we needed to turn off at night bc it was so loud. Very comfy bed with a nice layout overall. One other complaint was there was construction going on during the week on the balconies and the loud construction noises started right at 8:30am. ##### Jeff S.
