License # VACA-21-206 - Classic Keys-style furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and a newly painted end-unit layout with significantly more natural light and ventilation. Enjoy open Gulf views from the living area, master bedroom, and two private balconies: perfect for sunset drinks. Convenient carport and overflow parking, along with the boat slip just steps away near the end of the marina, make coming and going easy. Smart TVs (75", two 50", and 46") with voice-control remotes and in-unit Wi-Fi keep everyone connected, while spacious living areas and private outdoor space ensure comfort and privacy for the entire group.
Pet-friendly accommodations: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $255.00 applies; no more than one pet up to 50 lbs. is permitted.
An assigned slip space for a boat up to 31' (length overall) is included with this rental home. A public launch ramp is open 24/7 at Mile Marker 54, which is only one mile north from Indigo Reef. $25 Launch/$25 Retrieval fee applies. Trailer parking is available at Moose Lodge, just outside the gated entrance to Indigo Reef ($20.00/night, reservation required).
