"The room was nice and clean! The food is really good. The problems we had were a lot of waiting for things. Really rude male bartender who wore sunglasses and acted like anyone ordering from him was an issue and basically ignored us at one point until another patron told him we were there first. (Mind you, we were two moms and two 9 year old girls…not like annoying drunks or something). The longer haired bartender was amazing and so accommodating. Things just moved slowly. Finding a towel at the hotel side of the pool at nighttime was impossible. The place is set up for a great resort…but just a few things that could be fixed."
