I lived in Key Colony beach for almost 20 years, and yet i am always taken back by these hidden gems. This house was perfect. The family room and kitchen are one large area. Makes it feel so big. The huge sectional sofa is super comfortable and clean. Place has a giant TV. Bright with natural sunlight. Yet you can close the shades and still feel perfect. The kitchen is updated and well appointed with every needed utensil. Full size washer and dryers. Both bedrooms are nice size and both bathrooms are updated and nicely laid out. The back porch js screened in with optional sun shades which definitely help with the afternoon sun. Lots of seating and a screen door that leads to the stairs that take you down to the pool. What a great pool and the pool deck has plenty of seating with a propane grill . HUGE fenced in yard with provavcy fence. The neighborhood is very friendly and very safe and quiet in the evenings. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Honestly, this property is a true hidden gem. Perfect for two couples or small family. The owners spared no expense and you can see it everywhers.
