The villa is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities and terrace.

Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis). The villa is located on a 1,500 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Beautiful detached and generously laid out villa over two floors. It is situated in a very quiet area, offers plenty of privacy, provides comfort and space for 6 guests, and is equipped with a beautiful panoramic terrace. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine.
