"Absolutely loved our time at Basecamp. The location is perfect, at the edge of the Masai Mara, we heard the lions at night, while sleeping. The staff all of them, were so friendly and helpful from the front staff to the night guards. Camp on a river, so you see the animals come for water, open view to see them roaming across the river! "We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Mara Major Camp, with 2 full day game drives and one morning game drive. Both Anthony and Sam (our guides) were incredibly knowledgable and committed to providing us the best safari experience. They went out of their way to focus on animals we wanted to see and put in every effort to find the rarest animals to spot. The food at Camp was delicious and all of the staff were absolutely lovely. The tent was very comfortable, with good amenities and products. We will definitely be recommending the Mara Major Camp to our friends/family!"

"We stayed 2 nights, the property was beautiful right in the middle of Masai Mara. The rooms were good except that they were a little too dark. Little more lighting would have been good. We had the presidential suite so we had the whole suite to ourselves which was nice. Food was good, lot of variety (vegetarian and indian food options). One downside was power getting cut both nights we were there for a little time."

"We just completed our stay at Mara Intrepid camp. It was an unforgettable experience! Great location right on the Talek River. Excellent food with lots of options (plus a full bar), and the staff really go out of their way to ensure the comfort of each and every guest. The tents have lots of space and all the comforts we are used to at home. If you’re booking a safari game drive with them, do insist on a Toyota Land Cruiser over the Land Rover."

"This place is awesome! The tented structure was awesome and the bathrooms attached to each structure were modern and clean. After just a few short hours of being there, the Maasai guards knew who we were and where our tent was. At night when it was dark, they would walk with with us shining a light to make sure we could see. The food was 10/10\. When I went to the bar and asked for a bottle of water for my room, they brought it to my tent. The whole staff was so friendly and the service was outstanding! I definitely hope to return because it was such a great experience. They also had a really cool traditional Maasai dance one night during dinner. "
