The neighbourhood is also beautiful with a walkable park for children. It’s a good place to stay and is well connected to all major tourist attractions. The entrance is private as you have to enter into a gated back yard (nice garden and patio area) to access the ground level unit. Being a lower level unit, you do hear the family moving around upstairs, but that's it! I will suggest a more detailed list for appliances, TV’s and thermostat.
