The people live upstairs and you often hear them walking around--- definitely not the most sound proof unit, however, when we did find it too loud with music playing above the bedroom one night at bedtime, we simply messaged the host and they turned it down. For sure there is constant communication and will answer your questions right away.The house/unit location is about an hour away from downtown Vancouver and all the sights.It's a quiet neighborhood if you want the suburban feel. There is a kitchen so we were able to cook our breakfast which saved us money from eating out.Overall, I would recommend staying at Wing's place! ##### Esperanza J.
