About this property

Villa Le Fate - Between the Sea and the Lake

  • If you’re looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, surrounded by nature in a magical setting, Villa Le Fate is the perfect destination for you. The swimming pool (open from June through September), the 5-person hot tub (open from October through May), the football field, the volleyball court, the olive grove, and the relaxation area with hammocks under the chestnut trees will be for your personal and exclusive use.

    Spanning two levels, this bright and quiet villa features, on the ground floor, a spacious living room with a veranda and a fireplace area, a guest bathroom, a kitchen, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. On the upper level, you’ll find three double bedrooms, all with small terraces, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

    The 15,000-square-meter garden, featuring olive and fruit trees, completes the villa.
    Next to the brand-new swimming pool, you’ll find the BBQ area.
    The garden features a volleyball court with professional poles and a net, as well as a football field.
    Under the 250-square-meter patio that surrounds the entire villa, there is a dining table near the kitchen, an outdoor lounge area and a 5-person hot tub on the pool side, and a ping-pong table on the side facing the olive grove.

    In addition, we are at your disposal to assist you with the following options:

    * participating in guided nature tours to explore the area and its treasures;

    * booking lunch or dinner at one of the area’s traditional restaurants;

    * booking a horseback ride through the Manziana Forest and its nature reserve.

    In addition to all these activities, in just a few minutes you can reach Lake Bracciano (12 km) and Lake Vico (34 km), the Stigliano Thermal Baths (5 km), the beach at Santa Severa (13 km) with its wonderful castle, and the beach at Santa Marinella (30 km).

    Since we are located in an area with Etruscan and Roman heritage, there are several archaeological sites to visit. The Cerveteri Necropolis (15 km) and the Tarquinia Necropolis (55 km), both designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites for their beauty, integrity, and artistic value. The Farnese Palace in Caprarola (40 km); Tuscania (58 km), with its spectacular lavender blooms from late June through mid-July. Bomarzo, famous for its stone “monsters.”

    Thanks to the railway line, from the Manziana station, you can reach Rome by train or car in just under an hour. Among other stations, the train also stops at Roma San Pietro.
