Steps to town and close to the beach. Dog Friendly! MCA#168 The Space: Make fabulous vacation memories in this beautiful five-bedroom, three-bathroom home located steps from downtown Manzanita. Only three blocks up from the beach, this 2,700 sq. ft. home is perfect for multiple families. Beautiful hardwood floors welcome you to the main floor of this spacious home that includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with luxurious granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight, and the bar will seat an additional three. The warm and comfortable living area features a floor to ceiling gas fireplace and custom furniture. There are two queens and one king bedroom downstairs and two king bedrooms upstairs. The king bedroom downstairs has an en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in, tile shower, and double vanities. There is a main bathroom with a tub and tile shower in the hall next to the queen bedrooms. The full bath upstairs has a shower and beautiful skylight. The owner spared no expense when furnishing this home with high-quality furniture and linens. There is a spacious loft with a seating area between the two king bedrooms upstairs, perfect for snuggling up with a book or playing a board game. The front and back yards are beautifully landscaped. The backyard has a grassy area for your furry friends to enjoy and a concrete patio that wraps around half the house. It feels much larger in person and we definitely didn’t need all the room but appreciated it anyway and know we could rebook with more ppl, no problem. Teen boys loved having their own rooms. One direction, it’s less than a block to the main street, Laneda. May even be able to see candy and toy store from driveway! Other direction you can stroll a short 2-3 blocks through a lovely forested neighborhood to the beach, rather than down Laneda. House was clean and had high-end appliances and multiple amenities. We especially loved the beds, pillows, ceiling fans, shower pressure, fenced yard, immaculate gas grill, window screens, food pantry, open concept, filtered water inside of fridge, outside hose for sandy feet and paws, use of the spotless garage, there’s even a doggy door for our pup - really the list could go on and on. If I had to nitpick anything, I would say the sectional could probably use replacing soon. It’s super comfy for lounging but sometimes hard to get out of. Check out process was easy. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is definitely near the top! Management company communicated clearly by email and was available for issues if needed, but otherwise just let us be.
