"Over all, the property was unclean and not sanitary (there were old bars of soap left in the shower, and dishes left on the cupboards, not to mention half eaten tacos and food still left in the fridge...)The biggest problem though is that there is actually 3 rooms in the house, you have access to only 2 of them, and the third room is left locked and unexplained. "Beautiful home. Very clean and the most amazing beach views."

"We were warned about noise past 10. However, every neighbor there has dogs barking all night long. It is a permanent residential neighborhood. So as a VRBO renter you get hated looks from the neighbors. The neighbor to the left of you is still under construction which works on his house throughout the night. The backyard is not private.
