Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Carcassonne. Family room was fabulous - clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the street outside. The owners were welcoming and friendly, letting us leave our baggage and offering advice on the local area. Lovely breakfast with a beautiful courtyard outside. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Brit hotel staff were wonderful and very accommodating and understanding
A very disabled friendly Hotel.
The hotel had rustic charm but with all the modern expectations met.

"Please put more than 2 coat hangers in a cupboard. Breakfast needs improving. Rooms nice and clean with great facilities in the room and really good aircon. Beds are really comfy. Staff very helpful. I would stay here again with no issue."
