Overall I’d say 8/10. The staff were all very kind and professional. From the maintenance man to the front desk. It is a little outdated but it’s clean and comfortable. Housekeeping truly changes your linens every day if you’d like. My only safety concern was that the doors don’t have a padlock or anything else from the inside. Big party area, so can hear music even during the weekdays until 3-4AM, but we were fine and my 2 year old slept through it. The lot across from the hotel is abandoned or under construction, not a good look for the area but always felt safe. Breakfast was good, lots of fruit variety and egg/omelette station. Had dinner once and it took 30 min to get our food, we were the only guests eating, but it was tasty.

Desde la llegada me cobraron adicional a lo que ya estaba pago $150 dólares por cargos de utilizar “facilidades”, el desayuno bufet nunca fue así es a la carta una sola vez y de miércoles hasta el sábado solo café o agua de tomar, el sábado entre 11pm a 12am me cerraron las puertas del hotel estuve afuera cerca de 30 min tocando las puertas y nadie abria , el Lunes en el checkout el gerente del hotel habló conmigo y se disculpo amablemente por lo sucedido en nuestra estancia, según el me renbolsarian en una los $150 dólares que me cobraron al llegar pero al momento no a pasado así . Pensé que por ser un hotel caro no tendría problemas pero me equivoqué.

The staff is excellent. The only issue was that the person who cleaned the room didn't leave drinking water as is customary, and I needed to take some medication. I took some from the refrigerator, and they charged me for it even after I explained what happened.

The staff was amazing! My room view ❤️ Rooftop pool WOW. Rooftop Lounge super sexy. We were treated like royalty. I would definitely return

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel’s location was ideal for the type of trip we had planned. As a group of women exploring Medellín, we loved being within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, bars, and everything Provenza and El Poblado have to offer. We always felt comfortable coming and going. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was young, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They created a relaxed atmosphere that matched the hotel’s personality. Breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. There was plenty of variety, everything was fresh, and it was the perfect way to start each day before heading out. Our only disappointment was that the rooftop was closed due to maintenance on the pool. Judging by the incredible panoramic views, it looks like it would normally be one of the hotel’s highlights. Hopefully it will be fully operational soon because it has the potential to be spectacular. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Medellín.
