House is located in front of the famous sandbar!!! Cozy, Custom Designed and Custom Built. This Lake Marion home with Private Dock was completed April 2010 and has just added 2bedrooms and the 3rd full bath in 2023\. Built with modern conveniences but having the old-world charm of cypress paneling and a whimsical, retro decor. Huge screen porch overlooks sunsets on the cove. An excellent spot for Family Vacations, bring the kids and the grandparents. Relax on the screened porch and take in the View. Grill out in the underneath parking area complete with outside shower and fish cleaning sink. Put your boat in at the public landing around the corner and keep your boat tied up at the private dock for the duration of your visit. Swim, fish and kayak off the dock. Golf Courses nearby and Historic Charleston is just a little over an hour away. Lake Living at its Best - Ya'll will have a Relaxing and Enjoyable visit. Note: This Home is Nestled Amongst Permanent Residents. Puzzles, kayaks, wine and home cooking. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. We grew up on this lake and always enjoy being there! House was very clean and had enough basic supplies that we didn’t \*need\* much! We went for a ladies getaway. We were very pleased with the home in every way! The kitchen and linens were very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The view of the lake is amazing from the front porch. And we really enjoyed taking out the kayaks in the afternoon and evenings. We are already planning to return but with the spouses next time. ##### Debra T. The house is so spacious and accommodated our family perfectly. There are plenty of towels, sheets and blankets, so you don’t need to pack extras. The kitchen is well stocked and the pots and pans are very nice for cooling. The Porch, I cannot say enough about that porch, it’s was my favorite spot to sit in the mornings with a cup of coffee watching the ducks and geese with their daily routine.
