We waited for 20 mins and decided to leave for dinner, and unfortunately couldn't get ready in the hotel as planned. Considered getting another hotel but checked back and someone was working there this time. The room sadly was not super impressive. Many things worn out and broken, especially the beds, bathroom fixtures. Lots of noise outside our window at 5am, no way to block light from coming in the windows made for a bad sleep. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."
