We were up for a visit to our son who is at Syracuse U. It is close and had all to comports we needed. Everything from friendly, efficient staff to clean all around, it was enjoyable. The mornng breakfast staff were super on top of guests' needs.

Truly well run hotel with consistently sincere and professional staff in all areas. This is our second visit. Kristy at the front desk was most kind and efficient. The same is true of Nicole. All the front desk folks handle rushes of work without any evident loss of quality. The breakfast crew (we met Miss Sonia, Betty and Michelle this time) are hard working and friendly. The housekeeping and maintenance crews are similarly meticulous and most effective.

This is a fine hotel. All the staff are sincere, enthusiastic, personable and hardworking. The facility is consistently clean. The manager Jeremy is consistently visible, as well as personable, and sets a high bar for himself and the terrific staff. I neglected to keep the names of the hardworking staff members I encountered (Betty in the breakfast area comes to mind), but they are all clearly proud of their work and treat the guests in a valued fashion.
