"This was our first time going to Turtle Creek. Property outside was clean. Inside very pretty and one of a kind. Staff were wonderful, helpful, and engaging. Which I found great they all seemed happy. The room was nice and clean. We will definitely be going back. It was a spur of the moment stay we booked our room after 7 PM arrival around 9 pm. Mary was kind and welcoming. The ladies at the desk to get our players card were nice and energetic along with the ladies at the deli. We did indeed win, which is also great. Good Times!!!"

"The manager was wonderfully helpful. Unfortunately, the carpet held a lot of moisture and appeared dirty. The shower controls were difficult to use. It was a great loction to the ferry to Macinac Island."

"We had a great stay at Thayer lake cabin! It is so charming and cozy. It had plenty of space for relaxing and lounging both inside and outdoors. The cabin is close to public access points to Torch Lake and close to the cute shops in Alden. It is secluded yet close enough to attractions. Alden ball park beach access was great for taking a dip in the lake before we checked in and we enjoyed the nature area down the street as well. The weather didn’t cooperate for a lake day so we got pizza from Village Market and had a fun night in. Great stay!"
