The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities. \-------------------------------- First Floor Studio, No Steps: Property ID#383852 - Studio, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 2\. Sleeping Arrangements: King bed This studio condo is perfect for your next weekend getaway! Fantastic views of Man-Made Lake across the street. Beach is a short walk (less than a half mile). \*\* All new updates and furniture in 2023 \*\* It is ideally located near the center of this great condo community, adjacent to the indoor pool and fitness center and outdoor pool. AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, electric fireplace, water views. WIFI and smart TV included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker/ k cup combo is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, fans, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman! The Boardwalk Vacation Rentals Promise: To our guests, we promise a memorable and stress-free vacation. Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay. ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Short drive to the beach, minutes drive to downtown. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Lovely view. The only negative thing I would say is the tv is small, and the mount is not on a swivel. The couch isn’t the most comfortable, but the bed is. But with the tv being smaller and not on a swivel you don’t have the best viewing from the bed. They said bring coffee and beach chairs, but it was there when we got there. It said drip coffee maker but had Nuspresso and pods. Very nice. The king size bed is very comfortable and the sofa and coffee table are new. There is a lot of light provided with the 9-ft ceilings and tall windows on each side. Took us a couple minutes to find it. And the streaming WiFi dropped a couple of times while we were there, never for very long. It’s located within walking distance to the lake and downtown, and there is a pool and hot tub about 50 steps away! I loved using the gas fireplace and riding out the winter storm inside. This neighborhood is really quiet this time of year. If you like to cook, you may think to bring your own essential prep gear because this place is really only outfitted for bare bones reheating and take out.
