It is the perfect place to stay for the fantastic events and festivals Manistee has to offer. Lake Michigan beachfront is only 1 mile away! AMENITIES INCLUDE: central air, laundry, hair dryer, gas and electric grills, gas fireplace, XBOX, board games, stereo, pack n play, highchair. WIFI and Smart TV access included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include ice maker, hand mixer,2 blenders, pressure cooker, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, fans, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: This townhome is conveniently located in the heart of Manistee. Only one mile to Lake Michigan and a 5 minute walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, festivals, and everything Manistee has to offer. Take your pick, you are near it all! It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. This year it was available for our annual girls week in Manistee. The neighborhood is fabulous and find to explore on foot, plenty of space for three adults and one teen, at the end of a long day however the stairs will get you! The one and only complaint we have is that the property is not handicap accessible. We thought that there was a bedroom on the main floor which there is not but there is a bathroom on every floor, which is great. We absolutely loved this rental and would most definitely rent again, it was great for our kids who are 2 and 4\. This was just a difficult rental for my husband's grandfather who is 83 years old. Very spacious for the two of us and very clean & presentable. Extra bedroom and third floor space with separate bathroom as well would have been quite convenient for another couple or family to join us if we would have invited them. 4 block walk (5 minutes) to Mainstreet. Had a wonderful old movie theater with old school marque. Beach was 5 minute drive and was big and clean. We loved our stay in this quiet, quaint town ##### Tom R.
