Lovely three bedroom penthouse apartment in the new complex Pure South located on Princesa Kristina. Large comfortable living room with plenty of seating, an open plan American style kitchen perfect for entertaining on holiday and access via patio doors to the main terrace. The apartment also benefis from having it's own WiFi connection, air conditioning throughout, two bathrooms and a separate toilet, an underground parking space and two terraces to enjoy the views.



The large main terrace has views to the sea and the communal areas, furnished with table and 8 chairs, outdoor sofa set and four sun loungers. The second terrace has a table, 6 chairs and two armchairs with views of the sea and the mountains.



The complex is just a short drive to the bars and restaurants. This is a brand new complex with landscaped gardens, 2 swimming pools, outside fitness area and children's playground.

Fabulous apartment with great views

We loved the Penthouse apartment, great outdoor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Lovely pool area and a great location. Thank you to Duquesa and the owners of the apartment, we really enjoyed our stay there.
