Located in the recent and prestigious Pure South urbanisation in Manilva, this spacious apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 30 m2 terrace with an unobstructed sea view and access to high-end facilities such as community pools, a fully equipped gym, a spa (open from October to April) and much more.

 The apartment is perfect for 4 people: 2 bedrooms with very high-quality bedding and 2 adjoining bathrooms   
  
 The apartment is on one level and the nearby lift facilitates access.   
  
 The main bedroom and living room have direct access to the terrace.   
  
 Modern, fully equipped open kitchen.   
  
 The living room is equipped with a 4K television (allowing you to watch programmes in different languages) and free wifi throughout the apartment.   
  
 The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.   
  
 A spacious 30 m2 terrace with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a lounge area with sea views.   
  
 Air conditioning in all rooms.

L’espace , la terrasse, l’ameublement Un petit état des lieux photos serait opportun, il y avait quelques taches sur les murs à notre arrivée, dans les salles de bains et la cuisine , l’idéal serait de mettre une peinture lavable , pour le reste l’appartement est très bien aménagé
