Completely refurbished this year in a modern style the lounge has patio doors leading to a covered terrace area and then to a lovely sunny, large garden. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, it's own Wifi connection and is air conditioned throughout.
Situated in the Los Pelicanos complex which is located just outside the marina so offers a quiet location but is just a short walk to the beach and marina with it's wide selection of bars and restaurants. There is also an allocated parking space within the gated community.

The location, space and decoration of this apartment was amazing. We had stayed in Duquesa and loved the area. The owner Simon was exceptionally helpful with any enquiries we had and made recommendations for great places to eat which we had not tried previously.
The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. The pool was lovely to. Thoroughly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Lovely spacious apartment, nice front sunny garden.
Well located in a quiet location, yesterday close enough to the bustling port of La Duquesa. Supermarket about 15 mins walk away. Beach one minute walk. Sabinillas is around ten to fifteen minutes stroll through the port and along the paseo where there are lots of local shops and restaurants.
