Everything about it from the grounds and pool (which was ideal for toddlers) to the spacious apartment. The staff at Duquesa Estates where great even providing a hair dryer for my wife who had forgotten hers and the actual location which is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the marina but not too far away to be able to walk to it within 15 minutes. Maybe check in time could be a little earlier by an hour or two.

Apartment was nicely furnished in good location. No toilet paper provided. Hairs on bed and bath. No lock on bathroom door. Curtains and blankets smelled like hadn’t been washed in a long time.

We enjoyed our stay although there were a few problems with the property. The second bedroom patio doors refused to open. The bathrooms were a bit dated. The worst problem was the electrics. The electricity repeatedly went off despite no other properties in the complex being affected. To get it back on you had to trip the electrics and then restart them. This happened whenever we were in the property and meant that if we wanted air conditioning on (set at 23 so not excessive) during the night we had to get up to reset the electrics throughout the night. This happened 4 or 5 times every night ! We reported the problem but as far as I know nothing was done about it. The size and location of the apartment was great.
