It is a very beautiful apartment. The topper on bed in 2nd bedroom is very lumpy and needs removing or replacing. Also there is a bad smell from bathroom plug holes even after someone came and tried to fix problem. Nice area and garden and good location close to restaurants. Many rules in the pool and strict and too few opening hours. Children were not allowed to play. Location, plenty kitchenware, knives, forks, cups, glasses etc., this is really helpful. The air con was really low, could not get some rooms cool enough, I think it had been restricted. When paying premiums for Los Granados, I expect air con to work well as a basic requirement. Pillows - they are simply useless, sorry to be so blunt, but why can we not have normal solid pillows, rather than the light, non supportive pillows provided? They really are hopeless.
