The apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with an Italian shower) has a large terrace of 25 m² (equipped with a table, chairs and an outdoor lounge) accessible from the living room and the main suite), south-east facing and offering an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. The property is particularly comprehensive, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a Wi-Fi connection (+ Smart TV). There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. In addition to off-street parking, there is also a parking space in the basement (No. 3), accessible by lift and/or access road. The secure residence has a pleasant communal swimming pool and a small pool surrounded by a charming garden with parasols and sun loungers, all bathed in a soft Mediterranean light. The surrounding beautiful beaches are magnificent and wild, with all kinds of water activities. This beautiful apartment is located 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Estepona and only 30 minutes from Marbella.
