Stunning apartment with huge private terrace just 70m to the beach inc sea views

"Lovely location and great view. Lots of space inside and out. Pros:Close to beach and marina. Supermarket across the road.Swimming pool (not heated)Huge terrace and plenty of chairs and loungers.Very clean inside and out. Good distance to Gibraltar airport. Useful to have a washing machine.Lots of hidden extras (just look in the cupboards!)Cons:Not suitable for people with mobility issues as it’s on a hill. Even though there is a lift, you can only access via garage if you have a fob.Lots of traffic noise in the morning as the bedrooms are on the side of the road.Bathroom mat has no grip. My husband slipped and hit his chest on the bath!Couldn’t work the hob or toaster.All in all a lovely place to stay and everything is catered for, games, books, cards, sun lotion etc. The cleaner does a great job as the place was spotless. Lovely pool area and sun beds available. A nice choice of bars and restaurants in the harbour.Would we return? No but that has nothing to do with the apartment it just we like visiting different places every time. Richard was great to communicate with, thank you for hosting us."

"Rooms were well presented. Only problem we had with room is that if you left any food out on counter, this would be attacked by tiny insects. Adults pool was good by closed earlier than advertised on signage. Bar by restaurant and pool had limited stock of drinks due to becoming end of the season."

"Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder absolut begeistert. Die Location ist einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Es ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher besucht haben. Auch die beiden Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Tage bedanken und kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Will need a car as is a fair distance to the beach in the heat. Has everything you need at the property including coffee pod machine and BBQ which we used plenty of times. Could do with a few more chairs by the pool but generally not a problem but a few people struggled to get a spot. The cushions need replacing on outdoor furniture as ripped and tired. There is a construction site opposite on the hill which at first was an issue but actually after a while we got used to it. The views are spectacular and we spent many evenings sitting outside enjoying it. Had great day trips to visit Spanish towns and went to Gibraltar to see the monkeys which was spectacular and the views were out of this world. On the whole we had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to come back here."
