With a view of the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday apartment Atico Duplex con terraza in manilva is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.  
  
This property offers two open terraces and a barbecue in a private outdoor area. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, and outdoor shower. Due to the current drought, only 2 swimming pools will be available.
