This fantastic ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals, that you could enjoy at the dinner table in the living room or outside on the terrace. In the living room there is also a comfortable lounge area where you can relax or watch TV. If you need to do some laundry during your stay there is a washing machine in a laundry room. It has a large sunny terrace and also a small terrace with evening sun. Another important detail is that this apartment is very close to one of the nice pool areas. Residencial Duquesa is a quite good residential complex with 24-hour security, service staff on site Monday to Friday, private parking, nice green areas and four pool areas.
