Description:
This magnificent apartment overlooks the fantastic gardens, the (seasonal) swimming pool, the mountain and the sea in the distance, as can be seen in the photos.
Located on the first floor and with a south-facing terrace, this apartment is one of the best in the complex. It features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating and unlimited high-speed internet in the apartment for those who wish to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment offers you a high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi) and a television with a wide variety of French and international channels.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and the main bedroom. Within reach, you can enjoy a glass of sangria in the sun.
Notes on the property:
Enjoy the terrace (with table and loungers) for aperitifs and light meals with an impressive view of the pool and mountains in the background. Smoking is only allowed on the apartment's outdoor balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Exterior: Beautiful gardens with a large pool as can be seen in the photos. There is also a children's paddling pool. Parasols are available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxing. A common shower is available on the ground floor. A lifeguard will be on duty during the summer season from June to September and again during the holiday weeks of May and October. Towels and sheets are provided. If you need a change of sheets and towels during your stay, this can be arranged at the time of booking, with an additional cost. A cleaning fee of €70 is to be paid upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
Location/Beach:
Located just 300 metres from the apartment, a sandy beach stretching several kilometres will allow you to enjoy long walks. At the same time, it will offer you the opportunity to refresh yourself and have a snack at one of the many beach bars.
Transport:
Málaga Airport 60 minutes, Gibraltar Airport 20 minutes. It is recommended to rent a car or use one.
There is a bus service just below the complex that serves the region once per hour.
Distances:
Duquesa 2 minutes by car, Sabinillas 2 minutes by car, Estepona 10 minutes, Puerto Banús 30 minutes, Marbella 30 minutes, Ronda 1 hour by car.
Additional details:
To see: the port of Duquesa is a pleasant place where you will find many bars and restaurants to enjoy a beautiful view of the port. They are open all day and until late at night. For party lovers, there is also a nightclub. There are several banks in Sabinillas.
Convenience: a mini-supermarket just 100 metres from the apartment. Many supermarket options (Mercado, Día, Lidl, towards Duquesa (or Sabinillas) along the main road (5 minutes by car).
The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

A la espera de recibir la fianza de 250 €, creo que puedo valorar muy positivamente el apartamento por ubicación, precio ( es temporada baja...) limpieza, etc... Muy recomendable, el personal muy atento.
Creo que todo estaba bien así que no se me ocurre mejora alguna, muchas felicidades y gracias por el trato recibido

Super séjour
Résidence proche de la plage, séjour agréable, grande piscine propreté surveillée, parfait pour les familles.
Manque d un étendoir pour le linge, nous avons dû en acheter. Manque de couverts pour 4 personnes . Dommage que notre demande de réparation de la serrure de la porte fenêtre de la chambre n'est pas été prise en compte, heureusement que nous étions au deuxième étage... Petite idée a vous suggérer une plancha sera le top pour profiter à fond du balcon.

El apartamento es pequeño pero lindo, el mobiliario es moderno y práctico, la piscina es muy buena. Sólo la ubicación es un poco desfavorable, es que no hay nada cerca, es decir tienda/ restaurante/ bar...
Para personas con niños pequeños
... los primeros dos días olvidaron de disponernos las dos cunas que pedimos al reservar (fuimos con dos niños pequeños uno de 10 meses y la otra de 2 años)
... cuando nos trajeron las cunas no querían montarlas (una fue rota)
... no limpiaron bien el suelo
... aunque después de avisar a la agencia vino alguien enseguido para limpiar el suelo, pero sólo limpió la sala
... además la playa no está tan cerca como pensábamos, es que tienes que bajar y usar el puente para llegar
Al tercer día todo estuvo bien con el apartamento
The apartment is small but very nice, the furniture is modern and handy, the swimming pool is very nice. Only the localization is a little unfavorable because there is nothing really reachable at night (e.g. supermarket, restaurant bar)
For persons with little childs:
... eventhough we ordered right whilst booking equipment for two babies, the first two nights we didn't have baby beds nor chairs (eventhough we had to pay for it)
... when they bring us the beds they didn't wanted to install them (one was broken)
... the floor was really dirty
... short after announcing it to the agency there came someone to clean up, but only the living room
... the beach is not that near... if you go with a pram you have to go down first and use the scale to reach the other side of the road...
But at least at by the third day the apartment was alright

Appartement bien équipé dans une belle résidence
La piscine et les transats sont agréable
La situation est bonne, nous avons pu faire des visites dans les villes aux alentours
L’appartement est bien équipé
Nous avons eu un problème de clim durant le séjour, on a pas pu se servir de la deuxième salle de bain à cause de la fuite
L’appartement est bien équipé, il nous a manqué un petit grill pour la terrasse
