Good place and area. No shampoo and body soap though the mall is judt across the street so it was not a problem

Scam, do not book

This is not a hotel this is someone's apartment. When I tried to enter the building the front desk said they are not accepting new residents due to coronavirus restrictions. I tried to contact the person I booked with and they said I need to go the hospital and get a health certificate? I didn't have the time to do that so I told them to cancel the booking. However they didn't cancel it, so I tried to cancel it with hotels.com support. But hotels.com support said they contacted the person I booked from and they refused my refund request. I will probably never book another hotel on this site after this horrible experience.

I booked a different place which is closer to my purpose but then they moved me to a different farther place. They just started cleaning the room when I arrived. Place is too noisy and not comfortable. With the price I paid I should have booked a hotel.

Queen sized bed with twin sized sheets, so I got to sleep on the plastic mattress cover when I turned over. One of 2 air conditioners didn't work (it gets hot in summer in the Philippines). Only local TV channels.
