THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves

I requested for early check in and I received notification from Expedia that may early arrival is 10 am. I tried to contact the hotel but the tel. no. is not yet in service. We arrived in the hotel at 10 am but the receptionist told me that my check in is 2 pm, they haven't notified with my early check in. In case, there's available room i need to pay additional early check in fee of PHP 200 per hour. I have food and I ask the receptionist if okay to eat at their dine in area near pool. it was disappointing that she told me that eating is not allowed unless I'm already checked in. The CR is terrible, the staff is not accommodating.

Fully mosquitos in the first room, obliged to move to another room. 2 nd room just ok, excep the toilet was not working. Breakfast service start at 9 am, its ridiculous no time to have quietly before the checkout at 11 am.

nothing it was closed expedia and the hotle took my $$$$$ and when i arrived i was sent to another hotel with no pool the whole reason i booked here was the pool the new hotel the room was less than 7 feet wide i could not believe there was a room behind the door very disappointed

The property is not in a good location to see the city... if you have a car it would be ok.. the staff were awesome.. very polite. The hotel it self could use a paint job. The room was good, did not have a frig or microwave. The Bed was ok, but may need to replace it because it sunk in the middle... I would stay there again, the restaurant food was good, a little over priced but good.

A nice value for money hotel. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises, with both local and Italian fare. There's also a nice ground floor pool area where families congregate and kids have a great time. It is obvious that the hotel is trying very hard. There's good attention to detail (there is actually a channel list for the TV), a complimentary English newspaper is delivered daily, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel is on 3 floors and there is no elevator--the last set of stairs to the top floor are steep. The real issue for me was the very poor internet service. The wifi connection is very poor, slow, and intermittent. I also thought it a bit cheap that they charged for the two bottles of water in the room. Overall, a nice place for those on a budget.

Hotel needs an update and renovations. Rooms could be cleaner and more modern. Direction is a bit difficult to navigate given the location is not really convenient (a bit far from shops and restaurants). Part of our deposit was not returned given the room key broke while trying to enter the room. This was not our fault as the key was frail. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating overall and you get a somewhat comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Nightmare in Manila
Absolute disgrace of a hotel, my room which was supposed to be a superior room was nothing like the pics state. Completely run down. Location says across the street from Paco Park but that park area is a shady area with of town. My room had an AC unit that was above the nightstand by the window. I woke up in the morning with my passport and watch soaking wet cause of the dripping of water from the AC unit. I was not compensated at all by the hotel, no apologies or anything. They just blow dried it as best they can and handed it to me without saying a word. All in all no quality or class from this hotel. It’s a big run down establishment that is in an undesirable area. Avoid this place at all costs.

I get nostalgic about the Oasis Park Hotel as I first stayed there about 30 years ago. Some years ago new management took over and it seems to be "Target motivated" (I have seen flip charts in the office which confirm this). I feel that the hotel has lost a little of it's charm from what I remember years ago, but it is still well worth the money...

Excellent Front Line Staff. Very Poor Manager. Room was delapitated, ceilng was cracked in multiple areas; ceiling boards broken hanging exposing gaps. HouseKeeping was Excellent Restaurant & Room Serivce also Very Good. Front Desk personal Also Excellent. Again, the Manager was not Professional & the worst Manager I’ve experienced in many years of Travel. Good Location.

Fast and Easy check in. Staff were helpful though they tend to be on the phone with personal calls most of the time Room wasn’t made up daily despite having left request at the reception each morning when we drop off the room key. Calls to the reception were never answered. You have to make your way down to the reception for all your requests. Parking for your car is great.. just out front of the hotel.

Avoid staying at this hotel if you can
You think you get a good deal on hotels.com however the photos of the rooms are far from reality. Rooms are worn out, cleanliness issues, cockroaches in 2 out of the 3 rooms I have stayed during 3 nights (moved 2 times during my stay), maintenance issues. When I brought up the problems, the management didn’t even bother to make time and listen or do something about my experience except from moving me from one room with issues to another room with issues... The disappointment is even greater when one is familiar with the hotel industry and experienced how terrible a stay, as a guest, can get. As I said in the title, do something good for yourself and your hotel experience and avoid staying at this hotel if you can. Far from 3*

Very near wedding venue
Food was superb and affordable. Just need an elevator.breakfast was good and enough for two. With hotel coupon, ok. Easy to get a cab to go to the mall. Closeness to wedding venue at Paco Park was the main reason I chose this hotel. No regrets at all.

we have stayed in this hotel several times, usually 2-3 nights, since 2003, it has definitely gone from a nice place to stay, with friendly helpful staff, a great atmosphere and a superb restaurant, to a place we shall not consider for any future trips to manila, we use better towels for workshop rags, than the ones supplied to our room

Dissappointed.
This was the 3rd time that I had stayed at this hotel. The room this time was not good. No window. No hot water in the shower. Poor water delivery fom shower head. Air conditioner did not operate properly. Set on 26 degrees I was cold. I come from a cold country where 26 degrees is a very hot day. I would normally set air con at 18degrees and be comfortable. The overall look of the hotel is tired. It needs feshing up with a coat of paint and obviously in need of a lot of maintainance.

Nice people but bad room stay. There was no wi-fi in rooms even though it stated that. There's a mild signal, but it won't connect. My room also connected to another room by a locked door. You could hear everything from the next room and I was also rudely awakened by someone trying to open said door from the other side, vigorously and laughing loudly the whole time. The TV signal was also super fuzzy and occasionally dropped out.
