Despite repeated emails, host waited until 24 hrs before giving us instructions on check-in (is this common practice in vrbo?). Property was poorly maintained. Kitchen and bathroom lights were busted, bedroom a/c not working. Since we stayed on Sat and Sun when no maintenance work is done because it is the weekend, we had to endure the said issues the entire duration of our stay.
