Management may have been complacent that they never conducted Quality Assurance from the internal customers, or took reviews like this seriously. They have policies not explained to guests upon check in and then say we have to charge you according to “our policy” you never knew about or is displayed. Breakfast is a joke. Staff is just following owners/management directions so no one on site has the ability to make any concession or make the issue right. Make sure everything works in the room correctly as the mentality is a you broke, you pay attitude even if it was broken before by another guest. Use extreme caution as the little cheaper price for a room will come at a bigger cost with all their hidden policies.
