that is GREAT for your DREAM VACATION here in MANILA, PHILIPPINES  
  
This place is great for 2-3 people, very clean, new and convenient to a lot of touristy places in Manila! Just about 5-10 mins away to Historical Places like Luneta, Malate Church, amazing view of Manila Bay, famous Roxas Blvd and even to US Embassy. We are located at the heart of MANILA.

There is a real bed , and we also have sofabed.   
  
\-Internet:   
FREE UNLIMITED wireless internet access at the Unit.  
  
There is the Laundromat near our place.(about 3\~4mins walk)  
  
\-Others:   
A Bathroom and a toilet are separated.  
There are air conditioner.  
  
Please keep the room clean and please clean up when you check out.   
  
This is an apartment which has one room. It is not a share house, nor a hostel, therefore you can stay there by yourself and privacy will be protected.  
  
If you have any question or trouble, I will do my best to help you, so feel free to contact!  
  
This place is NO SMOKING AREA.  
Balcony also is no smoking.  
  
Check in time is after 2 p.m. and check out is until 12 noon. Please keep it strictly.
