Best Place to Unwind after a Hectic Day in Manila! High Rise 2 Bedroom Corner Unit Condo at Kasara Urban Resort is centrally located along C5 Ugong Pasig. Features unobstructed views of Ortigas, Makati, BGC and Pasig Proper from 4 floor to ceiling windows. Property has 2 full baths with hot shower, 2 balconies, High Speed PLDT Fiber WiFi and 55 inch Smart TV with HD Movies. Within reasonable walking distance are several attractions, strip malls and restaurants to satisfy any activity or appetite.
The space:
Our condominium is located on the 23rd floor of KASARA URBAN RESORT RESIDENCES which is along C5 in Barangay Ugong, Pasig. The main entrance is at P.E. Antonio street.
Fully equipped unit but with an austere twist, your uniquely simple home away from home. Minimalist and clutter-free design.
This property is an urban resort type estate, with a beach-shore large sized swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a full sized basketball court.
Just across the C5 Overpass Walkway is Jollibee, Little Ceasars Pizza and Chow King.
A few more steps nearby are Lydia's Lechon, McDonald's, Burger King. Silver City Mall is also close by which have Stabucks, Razons and Gerry's Grill. Arcovia City, Tiendesitas and the SM Center and Hypermart are just 10-15 minutes walking distance from Kasara.
A short 10-20 minute car ride will take you to The Medical City, CW Home Depot, The Ortigas Center, Robinsons Galleria and the SM Megamall. We are subscribed to a 100 mbps PLDT Fiber Internet WiFi connection.
Other things to note:
We also offer Airport pickup and drop-off service for our guests, charges are very reasonable and has to be booked 24 hours before arrival.
A private chauffer is also available for day trips around the metro and nearby provinces.
