Great View with Balconies inside Araneta City
Location:
Manhattan Heights Tower B at 25th floor
Inside Araneta City, right across between Alimall and Manhattan Plaza. Close to major restaurants, malls like SM, Shopwise and Gateway Mall. Banks, supermarket, clinics and pet stores are everywhere. Easy access to public transportations like P2P to airports, bus stations and taxi lanes.
Can accommodate up to 8 sleeping guests.
THE SPACE:
The unit is a 2BR condo on the 25th floor facing the Sierra Madre mountains.
The unit can only accommodate max of 8 sleeping capacity. With 3 beds in total, 1 Califonia King sized bed in the master’s bedroom a 1 bunker bed and 1 double sized folding sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom. An additional floor matress will be prepared for the 8th guest.
Master's Bedroom for 1 to 4 pax check-in (1BR), additional room will be opened for 5 to 8 pax sleeping capacity.
Our internet is a prepaid Wi-Fi only but enough for Netflix in a 50” inch HDTV. Enough for simple internet browsing only. We are planning to upgrade but for the meantime that is all we have.
Smart & Globe signals are also good.
Equipped with Multi-point Water Heater (hot and cold)
We are pet friendly, but we only allow for 1 (ONE) SMALL PET ONLY and with extra charge.
FOR ENTRY PASS:
Just bring your valid ID and vaccination card, visiting & sleeping.
Children of all ages are allowed (Vaccinated or not)
Pay Parking fee is in the photos.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest can access all amenities (swimming pool, basketball, gym, tennis court, outdoor gym), if you register at the admin office ahead of time.
POOL SCHEDULE:
Open every Tuesdays to Sundays from 7am to 9pm.
CLOSED every Mondays for extensive cleaning.
Swimming Fee: P100 per head, maximum of 3hours per head.
PAY PARKING is at the basement 1 of the same building. Fees is in the photo gallery of this listing.
OTHERS:
We will be requiring a deposit of:
P3,000 for 1 to 4 pax and
P5,000 for 5 to 8 pax
before check-in sent to our Gcash (number will be sent after booking). We do not allow hand-in cash to the staff.
This will cover any violations to the House Rules and Policies imposed. Deposit will be returned within 24 hours after check-out.
