Everything is a block away, from classy cafe's and resto/bars to grocery options (Landers is just downstairs!), while across the street is Uptown Mall/Parade. It is a block away, from classy cafe's and resto/bars to grocery options (Landers Supermarket is just downstairs!), while across the street is Uptown Mall/Parade. The condo is a stones throw away too from St. Lukes Hospital and 15-20 mins away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The mall in front, Uptown Parade, has parking available for 150 PHP overnight, flat. The fees can change so be sure to check before you park at the facility.
