Neighbourhood description This condo behind SM Sucat mall in Parañaque City is in a great location. Making it accessible to everything South! Provided that it's in SM City Sucat Complex, you are already given access to a variety of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and even the grocery store and pharmacy! There's already a bunch of shops to explore. It's 20-min away (with moderate traffic) from the trendy BF Homes where you'll find great bars, restaurants and nice coffee shops perfect for meeting your friends in the South or just hanging out with family. Access roads like C5 Road and C5 Extension are literally in the area so going to and coming from Taguig City and Las Piñas City should be an ease. Other nearby cities like Makati, Alabang, Pasay and Manila are also very accessible via NAIAx and Skyway. Getting around Given the great location, getting around is easy whether you bring your own vehicle, use on-demand ride booking apps like Grab or even just simply commuting! Private Transportation: If you are bringing your own car, the property has a lot of paid-parking on premises, it may be in the same building as the unit but it may also be in the parking building where admin office is located (which is around 5-mins walk away from our building) depending on availability. Please note that we do not own these parking slots and they charge P250-P350 per night. Just let us know prior to booking if you need a parking space. Public Transportation: If you are a Grab addict, no worries - we are too! You can simply look up our exact pin just type in "Field Residences - Building 7" it's along Dr. Arcadio Santos Avenue. If you are simply commuting like riding a UV Express or Jeepney - you would get off at SM Sucat and then walk through the back of the mall from there you'll see the property's gate entrance just past the mall's parking lot at the back. From the entrance gate just walk towards the road on the right and you'll find the second building from there that has white and light yellow color, you should walk past the first building you'll see which has white and blue-green color (that's building 8).
