You have to call the number on your email and then wait for someone to show up. The pillowcases were stained and I had a brand new pair of white socks that became black from just walking around the place. I had reserved it for 2 nights but left after the first night. Of course they wouldn't give me my money back for the second night. I tired to include a picture of my socks and the pillow case but was unable to.
