It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

Incredible view, amazing breakfast! Really lovely hotel, and helpful staff!! Pool closed with no warning, bed could do with an upgrade and hill entrance was a lot!

You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!

All the staff was great, very helpful and explained all the property amenities. The bartender, Giuseppe, was helpful with food recommendations. The room was beautiful overlooking the winery and breakfast was lovely.
