The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and the view from the outdoor terrace was beautiful.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Apartment was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue for us was the need to taxis due to a lack of public transport and the walk into town wasn’t very easy. That being said we travelled with 2 children, 8 and 10

The hotel lists its address as Villa San Giovanni. In fact it is in a frazione that is 5 kilometers from that town. I was furious when I discovered this en route to the resort.

"Our room had an amazing large balcony right across from the waterfront and beach area. It was lovely to sit out on. The breakfast was very delicious and even had eggs. It was quite the buffet. The room was clean and staff are helpful and friendly. It is not too far from the train station."
