The Premium Suite is a one-room studio-style suite, specially designed for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and a special oceanfront experience.

The suite features a king-size bed, a private two-person jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom, all within a modern and cosy setting. It features air conditioning, a vanity, and a comfortable workspace, ideal for those who want to combine relaxation and productivity.

Its large glass windows allow beautiful natural light to flood in and open onto a private balcony with ocean views.

Stepping out of the suite, guests can enjoy a rooftop social area—perfect for gathering, hosting barbecues, and enjoying recreational activities like playing cards or chess in a relaxed atmosphere.

The property also features a pool, parking, and self-service access via a key code, providing greater privacy and comfort during your stay.

In addition, right on the beachfront, we have lounge chairs and hammocks exclusively for our guests—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the Premium Suite during their stay.

The suite and parking area feature independent key-card access, allowing for greater privacy and convenience at check-in.

Within the property, guests can enjoy common areas such as the pool and the rooftop, which features a social area and a barbecue space. These areas are shared with other guests.

We also have an additional hot tub in the common area for shared use.

Right on the beach, we have lounge chairs and hammocks exclusively for our guests.

We’re available to answer any questions or provide assistance during your stay.

During your stay
We want every guest to enjoy their experience in their own way. The suite features a key-card entry system, so you can arrive and enter with complete privacy if you prefer.

At the same time, we’re right here in the building and always available to offer support, help with luggage, welcome you in person, or share recommendations on restaurants, activities, and special spots in Montañita.

We respect your space, but you’ll never be alone. If you’d like companionship and guidance, we’d be happy to assist you. If you prefer a completely independent stay, we understand and respect that as well.

Check-in starting at 15:00 (3:00 p.m.). Entry is self-service via a keycode, so you can arrive at any time after that hour.

• We kindly ask that you take care of every area, especially the jacuzzi and the facilities, so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable and harmonious experience.
