2 bedroom, 1 bath! Everything is included to make this stay a home away from home! kitchen is fully equipped to make a home meal. Bedrooms have all sheets and linens. Bathroom has shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels, and anything else that is needed. Perfect location to be away from the busy street but close enough to visit. Apartment is right across from University of Guam. 5 minutes from the beach and tumor bay!

Comfortable and friendly accomodations

I stayed at the location for two months (work trip). The apartment had two comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning in each room, and a comfortable living space. Any requests I had were answered promptly. For anything that needed to be handled on-site, Jack was readily available for assistance. I enjoyed my visit to Guam and the living experience was a big part of that. If I'm lucky enough to get assigned here again, I would definitely stay here!

Returning Work Trip

This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. It's an ideal property for those of us who stay for a week or longer - travel for a living & do not want to eat out 3 meals a day. Much more space & "home" feel verses a hotel. Renters just need to keep in mind it's not a hotel - so no room service or mint on your pillow. I encourage you to think about things you need for day to day use to pack & bring - as cost is more on island more than stateside - TP, Paper towels, coffee, tea, dish soap (usually a small bottle in unit), laundry detergent, rice, salt pepper, cooking spices, Pam etc. Coffee pot is "brew" coffee - so you need ground coffee & filters. I try to leave stuff behind and "pay it forward" - but usually return to empty coffee container and no salt/pepper/cooking oil etc upon return. Washer (free) and dryer (quarters required) behind unit #2

Multi repeat visitor

Great 2-bedroom apartment with open living area and kitchen. Great for extended stay. This property is great for someone who is on the island to visit family or work. This property is NOT for someone who wants to be in the middle of the tourist stuff & not close to the beach. Jack - the property host for this site is the absolute best. He is on site & very attenuative. Bedrooms are large with large closets, & dresser. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, 4 burner stove & oven. Great for those of us who prefer to cook and not eat out 3 meals a day for extended periods of time. Please note this property host has a couple of properties - so if this unit is booked - contact host with your needs to see if they have another unit or property available.
