"The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. "The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with."

"Amazing staff are a treat at the hotel. My apologies for the spelling, but Livie and Ulun at the front desk were so helpful. Livie gave us some sightseeing suggestions, reserved a table for breakfast and a pair of seats on the shuttle, found my Marriott ID, gave us a late check out and upgraded our room. Amazing, without being asked. The staff at the Eatery went out of their way to provide a great dinner and breakfast. Ezza was a prompt and helpful shuttle driver. Wayon, one of the managers, came by to check if things were good at breakfast. Our room was spacious and it was obvious that major repairs and upgrades were ongoing, so I can only see it getting better."
