Stayed one night only, during a road trip, room is basic, did not have towels, called front desk and they provided, asked foe more pillows as the two available were thin, never receive them. Not many power outlets in the room Breakfast also basic but OK.

Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space. Pillow cases and sheets may be clean but were all stained and give impression of dirt. Strange to have hallway lights off on motion sensor lights (spooky feel) instead of a constant low energy light. Would not stay again unless very cheap, which it was. Did not use pool, so maybe that’s a good reason for the place.

Tudo excelente, equipe prestativa, ambiente espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã maravilhoso e piscinas também. Tv e wi-fi ótimos !!! Para quem gosta de tranquilidade uma ótima cidade! Obs: Apesar de ser um lugar praiano, a praia da cidade não é legal por conta da areia... parece sobras de minério e cascalhos. Mas tem opções de barquinhos para ilhas próximas.

Banheiro com mofo e box transbordando. Toalha de banho velha, mal cheirosa, extremamente áspera, puída e cheia de manchas escuras. Ducha íntima vazando na base do registro e alagando o chão. Não havia água mineral no frigobar, e a noite não havia disponibilidade de venda no hotel, embora a recepção funcione 24 horas. O funcionário, somente após eu dizer que precisava de água para tomar remédio, pegou um pouco no bebedouro de uso de funcionários, e colocou em uma garrafinha de academia que eu forneci. Na próxima vez não ficarei neste hotel.

O recepcionista da noite foi super atencioso e prestativo. Cheguei tarde e ele me ajudou a achar a mercearia mais perto do hotel e me ajudou com serviço de farmácia. Oo hotel fornece muitas comodidades, e o café da manhã também é muito bom. Adorei a estada.

Hotel agradável, quartos com microondas e pia ajudam muito. Boa área de laser, piscinas excelentes, mas o salão de jogos estava interditado. O interfone que é usado para solicitar a abertura do portão do estacionamento não estava funcionando. Bom custo benefício.
