Muito potencial pouca entrega Lista de problemas: 1- O forno não funciona, trouxemos coisas de assar e não deu para fazer nada. 2- O banheiro da suíte sem hidro está com um vazamento que inunda o chão inteiro. 3- A geladeira que funciona está fazendo água, molha os alimentos. E tanto ela quanto o freezer precisam ser ligados dois dias antes. Tivemos que pedir ao barqueiro para trazer gelo, porque elas não gelaram a cerveja. Foram gelar hoje. 4- A casa tem poucas tomadas. O que torna inviável conectar celulares, notebooks, dispositivos de som nas áreas comuns. Como estávamos trabalhando na sexta, 4 pessoas, foi terrível lutar por tomadas. 6- O corrimão da escada está instável, o que impossibilita segurar nele e pode causar acidentes. 7- A grelha da churrasqueira estava muitoooo suja e não tinha um bombril ou produto para limpar. Desanimador de fazer churrasco. 8- Não tem balde na casa, 1 pano de chão. Então a gente não consegue fazer a limpeza básica. 9- Na suíte principal, com hidro a torneira da pia joga água para todos os lados. 10- Ao chegar na casa, a vista é muito ruim. A fachada mal cuidada, a parte de baixo com material de construção, telhas, muito mato. O guarda sol quebrado. Tudo muito mal cuidado. 11- A entrada para a suíte da hidro está repleta de entulhos, e cheira mofo terrivelmente. Um horror passar por ela para chegar ao quarto. 12- O quarto com muitas camas cheira muitooooo mofo. É um terror passar por ele para chegar ao quarto não tem como dormir com esse mofo todo. 14- O básico que é ter fogão de qualidade, geladeira de qualidade e freezer de qualidade, não tem. Não conseguimos gelar a cerveja. A geladeira molhou os alimentos. O forno não funcionou… 14- A experiência foi positiva, por causa da área comum onde tem a banheira com a churrasqueira. O lugar é maravilhoso. Paradisíaco. Mas, pelo custo X beneficio não voltaremos enquanto a casa não tiver sido reformada. ##### Tatiane V. As escadas dificultam o acesso e a circulação da casa, mas isso não tira o encanto do local. A praia é ótima, vimos golfinhos diariamente passeando no mar, visitamos as outras ilhas de caiaque ( Que faz parte da casa), contratamos um barqueiro local para levar os idosos e as crianças em outras praias. Tudo perfeito! Pra quem ama a natureza, curte o silêncio e quer viver dias de sossego, recomendo a casa! É perfeita !
