Someone teenager met us at hotel. No amenities but has to ask as no soap, shampoo/ conditioner or wash towel. Have to wait when checking out as nobody at office or reception even at night. Pay for third person but no pillow and blanket/ towel. Never check in or book here.

Hotel and room were clean, however WiFi was very spotty. It was there one minute and not the next. The worst critique is the check out process which needs significant work. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk ...
