The finely renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a building of only two units, and is reached by stairs of only 20 steps.
The atmosphere is that of a house of yesteryear, with the original vaults restored to view and furnished with in a modern and functional style.
The entrance is into a nice living room, furnished with dining room, well-equipped open kitchen and 1 double sofa bed. From the living room you exit to the small terrace equipped with table and chairs, where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors.
The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed, as well as a closet and bedside tables. The room also allows you to exit to a balcony, overlooking the pine forest of the neighborhood park.
Completing the apartment is 1 full bathroom with a shower stall.
Appartamento Petra is bright and comfortable, ideal for those who want to stay carefree, having everything at hand, from the beach to services.

Appartamento Petra is located in the center of San Pietro in Bevagna, in front of the pine forest and park, a stone`s throw from markets, services, bars and just 280 meters from the beach.
The nearest beach is sandy, with crystal clear sea, partly free and partly equipped.
 
The location is also strategic for those who want to explore the surroundings, reaching other tourist destinations of interest, such as the beaches of Porto Cesareo, the fascinating historic centers like that of Manduria etc.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
