Tenuta dei Fragni is a true oasis of quiet, light and beauty in the heart of the Valle d`Itria. The complex consists of trulli and lamie in gardens with a swimming pool, in the countryside of Ostuni. It offers up to 13 beds.
The luxury villa is equipped with all modern comforts, such as air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, alarm, wood-burning oven, electric oven, induction hob, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Pets allowed.

Tenuta dei Fragni is a charming residence consisting of trulli and ancient lamia, completely renovated and equipped with a swimming pool in the large and well-kept garden. The complex consists of 5 architectural units: 2 lamia and 3 multi-cone trulli, plus the patio where you can dine al fresco overlooking the pool.
In one of the two lamie is the kitchen with dining room, refrigerators and the custom-made kitchenette, modeled after the old brick kitchens, decorated with handcrafted ceramics and equipped with modern accessories. Present is a common room for relaxation with a wooden canopy, sofas and TV.
The sleeping area of Tenuta dei Fragni consists of 4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom complete with modern-designed shower, independent entrance and equipped with air conditioning, heating, mini bar fridge, flat-screen TV, internet, autonomous alarm.
The rooms are 1 double room with en suite bathroom; 1 triple room in a trullo formed by two rooms, one with French sofa bed and the other with double bed; 2 quadruple rooms each formed by two rooms, one with double bed and the other with double sofa bed.
The ancient stones enhanced by careful restoration are in harmonious dialogue with nature and minimal, designer and handcrafted furnishings. The colors recall the nature of Puglia. The fine materials, the garden atguests` disposal, the lush grove where you can walk in the cool, make this estate a magical place.
The surroundings of Tenuta dei Fragni in Valle d`Itria
Tenuta dei Fragni is located in the Valle d`Itria, in a country district between Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Ostuni called the "White City." In the town centers, in addition to beautiful historic centers all to be discovered, there are all the main services.
There are numerous typical places where you can taste the area`s excellent food and wine tradition. The nearest beaches are those of Marina di Ostuni, with beautiful beaches on which the Blue Flag flies.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The external bathroom on the ground floor has no bidet.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
