"The flooring is a shock. It isn't level and almost every board creeks. You can even see through to under the house from the floor in the toilet. The couch and the bed is basically built for someone who is 4'10". Very awkward for older guests."

"We had such a lovely long weekend at Winton Lodge. The place is better than the pictures. It was very spacious, clean and well thought out. It well located and an easy walk to town. We will definitely be back."

"The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Really liked the fully featured kitchenette with cook-top, fridge and microwave oven (something you don't often see in hotel rooms). Nice hot shower. Convenient parking, almost outside our door. Only a couple of minor disappointments; 1). there were no electric blankets on the bed (we didn't want to run the split-system heating all night to keep warm). 2). we had a not very romantic view of the rainwater storage tanks directly outside our window."
